Do I need an existing website?
No. If the one you have can be improved and maintained, we’ll work with it. If it needs more serious work than the monthly service covers, we’ll tell you that separately instead of pretending it all fits.
Do you request reviews?
No. We don’t request reviews from your customers. We reply to the reviews your business already receives.
How often do you update things?
This is ongoing, not a one-time cleanup. Photos go up at 3 to 5 a month when available, we reply to reviews your business receives, and other changes happen when something needs to be updated.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There’s no long-term commitment.
